WORKFORCE TRAINING INCENTIVES

Recruitment

The Career Source Job Center provides free recruitment and outreach efforts to assist employers in meeting their workforce needs. Past outreach efforts include blind ads to assess the interest in jobs offered by a potential employer coming into the region, file searches of the thousands of registered job seekers listed in the Employ Florida Marketplace, Florida's premier job database, employment advertising, job fairs, direct mail campaigns, outreach by employer service representatives to targeted pools of job seekers including retired military and military spouses, college students, retirees and underemployed individuals. For companies who do not wish to interface with applicants, the Job Center can also accept applications on behalf of the employer, conduct applicant assessments and testing, and pre-screen potential employees.
